DAY 1

Arrival of your international flight. Met by our representative and transferred to a hotel.

Check-in and overnight stay on BB at the hotel.

DAY 2

Entebbe

06h30: After breakfast, depart for Kigungu landing site (first missionary church in Uganda), Muzinga Square, (former colonial British monument which portrays the heavy artilleries that the British used during the colonial time), Entebbe Zamugula site, Uganda wild Life Education Centre.

Continue to the Bemba caves in Ziika Ecotourism Forest. Have a late lunch at the Gaucho Grill for meat lovers or Haandi Restaurant for Vegetarians and later transfer to Kampala city

Arrive and check-in.

DAY 3

Kampala

06h30: After breakfast you will set off for Ggaba landing site for an insight into the lives of fishermen in Uganda. Transfer to the Kasubi Royal Tombs which are the burial grounds for the Buganda Kings. Baganda being the largest and most dominant tribe we shall spend part of the day exploring cultural values of the Baganda like travelling to the Naggalabi coronation site where Buganda kings are crowned from.

You will also have the opportunity to explore the Rubaga Cathedral, Namirembe Cathedral andthe Old Kampala Mosque which has a breath taking million dollar view of Kampala City.

Crown off the activities of the day by having a sumptuous all you can eat dinner with a variety juicy steaks at the Carnivore in Naguru you  enjoy the ultimate cultural extravaganza, percussion music, afro jazz, comedy and fun.

DAY 4

Kampala – Murchison Falls National Park

06h30: After breakfast, depart for Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary enroute to Murchison Falls National Park

Your safari guide will take you around for a Rhino trekking adventure at the sanctuary with the opportunity to watch the endangered rhinos in their natural habitat.

Have lunch and later proceed to Murchisona Falls National Park

DAY 5

Murchison Falls National Park

06h30: Breakfast is served at the lodge then depart for an early morning game drive of Murchison falls National Park.

Animals you expect to see during the early morning game drive include; Lions, Elephants, Jackson Hartebeest, Waterbucks, Rothschild Giraffe,  and a variety of Savannah woodland birds.

After lunch, at 14h00, launch on a Nile boat cruise to view aqua game at close proximity. This is a unique encounter with a bunch of hippos and crocodiles at close proximity among other animals.

Travel to Masindi Town in the Evening

Dinner and overnight at the selected/available lodge or tented camp.

DAY 6

Masindi Town – Hoima Town

06h30: Breakfast is served at the lodge then depart for Hoima District. Stop over at the Mparo royal tombs before reaching Hoima town. Mparo tombs are the royal burial grounds for Bunyoro traditional kings; this place is famously known in Bunyoro kingdom because it was chosen by Omukama (King) Kabalega to be his capital in 1872. Visit Bujumbura Cathedral, Duhaga cathedral, Katasiha Fort and Karuzika palace (Bunyoro Kingdom palace).

DAY 7

Hoima Town – Fort Portal Town

06h30: Early morning breakfast at the lodge then depart for Fort Portal Town.

Arrive in time for your lunch then later transfer to your lodge.

DAY 8

Fort Portal Town

06h30: Early morning breakfast at the lodge.

Depart for a trip of the Toro kingdom palace which overlooks the beautiful Fort Portal town and Karambi tombs.

After your lunch you will be driven for a tour of the historical sites of Amabere Ga Nyinamwiru caves and a trip to the magnificent saaka crater lake.

DAY 9

Fort Portal Town – Queen Elizabeth National Park

06h30: Early morning breakfast is served at the lodge after which you depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Arrive in time for your lunch then afterwards head for an afternoon game drive of the park. Animals you expect to see during the game drive include; elephants, buffaloes, Nile crocodile, Uganda kobs and tree climbing lions.

DAY 10

Queen Elizabeth National Park

06h30: Early breakfast at your lodge then set off for an early morning game drive

You will have an opportunity to view the unique landscape and be able to view the crater lakes in the Kasenyi area and the Albertine Rift Valley.

Return to the lodge for lunch and there after head out for  a two hour boat ride of the Kazinga channel from where you will see a diverse array of wildlife like the hippos at the shores, birds and reptiles.

DAY 11

Queen Elizabeth National Park – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

06h30: After breakfast, head out for chimpanzee trekking in the Kyambura gorge. Spend an hour with the chimpanzees and later have Lunch.

 15h30: We depart for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park a well recognized habitant for mountain Gorillas.

DAY 12

Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

06h30: Breakfast at the lodge;

07h30: Start Gorilla trekking; the trek takes you through the huge Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park as you search for mountain gorillas to observe their behavior in their natural habitat. Trekking normally takes half a day or longer depending on your designated tour guide. Retire back to the lodge or visit the local community on the way back to the lodge.

Arrive and check-in at the lodge

The rest of the day spent at leisure to enjoy the various activities on offer.

DAY 13

Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park – Kabale

06h30: Breakfast is served at the lodge after which you depart for Kabale town.

Upon arrival in Kabale town you will be taken to the Kabale museum to get an insight into the cultural norms and values of the Bakiga people after which you will visit the Rusoroza and Rugarama missionary cathedrals.

Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi in the afternoon for a boat ride and birding adventure.

DAY 14

Kabale– Kampala – Entebbe- Departure

06h00: Breakfast and return to Kampala enroute to Entebbe International Airport for your home bound flight.

Stop over at Equator for a photo opportunity and shopping of souvenirs.
