Day 1

Arrival at Entebbe airport.

You will be picked up by our driver at the airport for your transfer to the booked hotel/lodge or accommodation facility.

check into your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2

Drive to Kidepo National Park.

Early morning breakfast, drive north- west of Uganda to Kidepo national park one of the East African magnificent wilderness it takes close to 12 hrs from Kampala make a stopover in Luwero town for a couple of fruits and proceed to Nakasongola district viewing the open savanna grassland. Hot lunch in Gulu. Reach in the evening check into the booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Kidepo national park- morning game drive- community walk

Wake up early in the morning after breakfast, you will head out for a half-day game drive, taking in the areas souring the Narus valley viewing different mammals like buffalo, elephants, giraffe, and elands, kidepo river and up towards the springs where ostrich may often be viewed.

Transfer to the hotel for lunch and relaxation. After noon spend some time with the Karamajong people on cultural tour learning about the their culture and norms

Overnight stay and dinner served at the lodge with a view out towards Kidepo’s stunning starry skies.

Day 4

Kidepo national park - Murchsion falls national park

After an early morning breakfast, check out and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park were you will have another fascinating morning game drive through the rid river bed, savannah, small forest, hills of the mountains to marvel at the impressive flora and fauna in the area. This is along eye-catching site.

Reach the park in the afternoon check into the checked lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5

Murchison Falls National Park Game drive and boat cruise

Wake up in the morning for breakfast and set off for a morning game drive in the park to observe plenty of animals, birds an wonderful scenery which include buffalos, lions, giraffe, Ugandan kob, oribi, patas monkeys and more.

The game drive lasts for 4 hrs.

Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.

After lunch, embark on the boat cruise to the bottom of the falls. A relaxing ride of about 2 hours you get to observe plenty of giant crocodiles, hippos, elephants as they come to drink and cool off in the water, there are also birds in plenty which include kingfishers, heron, fish eagle and more, when the boat gets to the base of the Murchison falls through Fajao Gorge, disembark and do a hike on the trail from the bottom to the top of the falls .Enjoy the sound of the falls and amazing views of the world’s strongest waterfall. Meet the driver at the top and transfer back to lodge for a relaxed evening, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6

Hoima- Escarpments-Cultural Walk

After your breakfast, you will drive to Hoima town which is about 3 hours’ drive from the park. Pass via Lake Albert for a scenic drive to the escarpments and then to Hoima town, check in and go for cultural walk and enjoy some performances from the local people in the area. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel.

DAY 7

Kibaale National Park

Early morning breakfast drive to Kibale national park stopover in fort portal for lunch drive to the park check into a booked hotel, drive around Fort Portal town visiting the Toro kingdom palace which overlooks the Fort Portal town and Karambi tombs. Retire to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8

Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi village walk

After breakfast you will be transferred to Kibale national park headquarters for briefing about chimpanzee trekking led by the knowledgeable ranger who will take you for a guided primate walk in the tropical forest in search for the wild chimpanzee. Spend an hour in the habituated communities of chimpanzees observing and taking photographs. After the trek, drive to the lodge for lunch, afternoon prepare for Bigodi village walk visit the local communities living around Kibale national park. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 9

Queen Elizabeth national park

After breakfast drive from Kibale to Queen Elizabeth Park you will have an opportunity to pass through the hills of mountain Rwenzori observing small rivers originating from the Rwenzori ranges. Check into the booked lodge and prepare for the afternoon drive in Mweya , this section is endowed with different animals such as antelopes, buffalos, leopards, warthogs and many other wild animals. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10

Morning Game drive and boat cruise

After morning breakfast you will drive to Kasenyi plains for a game drive. Which may reward you with sightings of various animals like buffaloes, hippos, antelopes, Ugandan kob, and so many others, in the morning big cats like lions, and leopards are out for hunting for prey. Return the lodge for lunch and then prepare to head to the jetty for an afternoon boat cruise on Kanziga channel which provides you an opportunity to view various animals like antelopes, crocodiles, elephants, hippos and buffalo and many bird species like palm-nut vulture, swamp flycatcher, shoebill and so many others. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 11

Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi National Park- village walk

After morning breakfast drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Forest check into the booked hotel have lunch and relax afternoon take village walk to learn more about the local people living around especially the local Batwas (pygmies) Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 12

Gorilla Tracking

After breakfast you will transfer to the park headquarters for gorilla family allocation and a full briefing about the gorilla trekking safari. Start your trek into impenetrable forest, this takes from 30 minutes to 1 hour of the day depending on where the mountain gorillas will be thus this experience is strenuous return to the park headquarters where you will be awarded a certificate in recognition of your effort of conserving the endangered gorillas.

Return to the hotel for lunch and relaxation. Relish the memories of the gorilla trekking safari over dinner at your booked lodge

Day 13

Drive to Lake Bunyonyi

After morning breakfast, drive from Bwindi national park to Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale district. It’s one of the lava dammed lake which formed when flowing lava from volcanoes which blocked a river channel forming a lake called Bunyonyi due to the abundance of small birds in the area. People visit Lake Bunyonyi because of its beauty. Check into booked lodge for dinner.

Day 14

Canoeing on Lake Bunyonyi

After breakfast admire the beauty of the lake and its surrounding hills, take a canoe ride on the lake to explore different island with inspiring history. Return to the hotel for lunch and relax while viewing the beautiful scenery of the islands and enjoying sound of birds for birders. Overnight stay and dinner at the booked lodge.

Day 15

Drive to Lake Mburo National Park-night drive

After breakfast drive to Lake Mburo national park lunch will be served en route arrive at Lake Mburo for a night drive. Check into the booked hotel relax and later in the evening prepare for the night drive with a ranger guide which provides a chance to see nocturnal animals such as leopards, galago and bush bears. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 16

Boat trip- game drive

Morning breakfast start a boat trip departing from a jetty at the lake side campsite having a glance at the hippos, crocodiles and birds like herons, fish eagle and pelicans then game drive to explore the eastern hinterland of Lake Mburo providing a chance to see a variety of animals and birds for example impalas, giraffe, zebras and so much more. Return to the hotel for lunch and relaxation viewing variety of birdlife like the saddle-billed stork, Abyssinian ground hornbill, and so many. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
